Description du poste
As part of our B2B Customer Care team, you are the voice of EcoVadis. You will play a pivotal role in helping global companies navigate their sustainability journeys, ensuring that every interaction—whether solving a technical hurdle or explaining our methodology—drives meaningful change. In this job you will:
- Be the Expert Guide: Support our global community of Buyers and Suppliers via phone and Salesforce (email). You’ll help them navigate the platform, resolve issues, provide administrative support and provide expert advice to ensure they get the most out of EcoVadis.
- Solve Problems with Empathy: Deeply listen to customer needs to provide clear, helpful, and effective solutions that turn a "problem" into a positive experience.
- Master the Platform: Build a deep knowledge of EcoVadis products, processes, and tools to ensure every answer you give is accurate and high-quality.
- Advocate for Sustainability: Help users understand the "Why" behind our ratings. You’ll explain our methodology in a way that shows them the true value of being a sustainable business.
- Voice of the Customer: Listen for feedback and trends. You’ll record and share customer insights with the team to help us improve our services and bridge the gap between what customers expect and what they experience.
- Stay Agile: Take on additional tasks or projects as the team grows and the role evolves.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor or Diploma in Communication, International Business Management or any related field - opened to junior profiles with an internship experience
- Fluent in English and German
- Candidates not having above but HSC holder with more than 2 years of working experience in the related field will also be considered
- International exposure in a support role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following skills and aptitudes:
- Excellent customer service skills and high-quality oriented attitude
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Slack and AI tools
- Ability to work in an international team and be a team player
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive communication and sales skills
